Dr. Spencer is board-certified in Family Medicine with over 35 years of experience. He graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Spencer completed an internship in General Practice at Richmond heights General Hospital and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Minnesota. His greatest joy in life is spending time with his wife and six children. (Currently not taking new patients)
